A little about me

Over the past decade, I've crafted and implemented a diverse array of mathematics courses, spanning grades 6 through 12. My pedagogical journey evolved significantly in the last six years of active classroom engagement, as I seamlessly integrated various teaching methodologies—such as the flipped classroom model, project-based learning, and inquiry-based approaches—into my curriculum. Through continuous refinement driven by comprehensive year-end data analysis, I ensured a consistent pursuit of excellence in my teaching methods.

Transitioning to the role of Director of Technology at The First Academy marked a pivotal step in my career. Here, I oversee the vetting and onboarding of new educational and non-educational technologies, lead a team providing real-time support, manage budgets, and conduct comprehensive training sessions for new team members on our systems.

Beyond my professional commitments, I am also the proprietor of EPL Educational Services, a venture where we collaborate with companies and organizations to enhance their educational initiatives and aspirations. This unique undertaking allows me to further contribute to the educational landscape beyond traditional classroom settings.
